Grew up loving Math and Science, trained to be an engineer, Monday to Friday a business manager, a short stint as a model and over weekends, trying to find true meaning of life through food. My journey has been nothing short of amazing thus far! I am Kriti, the chef and soul of Paatram.
I gave my comfortable life in sunny Singapore a mini jolt when I decided to take some time off work and pursue a life of screams and yells at the Le Cordon Bleu Paris. I struggled to keep my ten fingers intact and arms from getting scorched while attempting to awaken the Julia Child in me. After having lived the chef life for a few months and gained a grand appreciation for the fine art of cuisine, I am back home!
